Menen was a Macrobiotic noodle shop in East Village, New York City. It was the collaborational restaurant between a macrobiotic restaurant and a traditional ramen restaurant. The logo gives nostalgic sense of Japanese traditions in colors and shapes, such as chochin(paper lantern), uchiwa(paper fan), and donburi(ramen bowl).
